What’s the Score?
In a significant expansion of pickleball media, the popular podcast “Pickleballers” has been picked up by PickleballTV. Hosted by The Kitchen founder Jared Paul and professional player Roscoe Bellamy, the show is now available on the PickleballTV app, YouTube TV, and Amazon Prime. After two successful seasons featuring stars like Ben Johns and Drew Brees, the podcast is set to launch Season 3 next week with a premiere episode featuring tennis legend Andre Agassi.
Hit it deeper!
The partnership aims to humanise the athletes who fans typically only see during intense tournament play. Bellamy noted that while PickleballTV has excelled at broadcasting matches, this show allows viewers to “learn more about the players and their lives on and off the court”. This strategy aligns with the network’s massive growth, having seen a 64% increase in viewers during 2025.
In addition to airing new episodes throughout 2026, the PickleballTV app will host the full archive of 26 past episodes, providing a comprehensive library of content for fans. The inclusion of Agassi in the Season 3 opener highlights the growing crossover appeal between tennis and pickleball, a theme that has driven much of the sport’s mainstream media attention over the last year. As the “leading voice” in the community, The Kitchen continues to use the podcast to gather players and enthusiasts in a shared digital space.
The World Pickleball Verdict
The transition of “Pickleballers” to a major streaming network is a sign of the sport’s maturing media landscape. Fans no longer just want to see the “dink”; they want to know the personality behind the paddle. By integrating lifestyle content with live event coverage, PickleballTV is creating a 24/7 ecosystem that keeps the community engaged between tournaments. This is how a sport builds a lasting, loyal fanbase in the digital age.
