
Asia Pickleball Junior Open 2025 Announced for Vietnam, Registration Open

Young pickleball players in Asia have an upcoming tournament to look forward to: the Asia Pickleball Junior Open 2025, scheduled to take place in Vietnam from July 13–15, 2025. Registration for this event, jointly hosted by D-Pickleball and the Asia Federation of Pickleball (AFP), is now open for various age categories in singles and doubles.

The Asia Pickleball Junior Open 2025 is set to be held at 193 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, An Xuan Ward, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province in Vietnam. The tournament venue boasts 8 sheltered and 4 outdoor hard court pickleball courts, providing ample playing space for the young participants. To encourage wider participation, the AFP will offer complimentary rooms for players hailing from AFP member countries, with the number of rooms allocated based on the size of each country's delegation. For instance, 30 participants from a country would qualify for 8 complimentary rooms, 20 participants for 5 rooms, and 10 participants for 3 rooms. The check-in date for these rooms is July 12, 2025, and check-out is on July 16, 2025.
The tournament will feature a range of categories, including Boy’s and Girl’s Singles for U12, U14, and U16 age groups, as well as Boy’s and Girl’s Doubles for U12, U14, U16, and U18 age groups. The registration fee is USD $35 per event per participant. However, to further incentivize participation and challenge players to compete in higher age divisions, the third and fourth event registrations will be free.
Registration for the Asia Pickleball Junior Open commenced on April 2, 2025, and will remain open until June 30, 2025, or until all available slots are filled.
