Leading pickleball equipment manufacturers, including Adidas, JOOLA, Paddletek, Proton, and Gearbox, have unveiled their 2025 paddle lineups featuring new models specifically engineered for maximum power and aggressive play, offering players new tools to dominate the court.

For pickleball players aiming to hit harder serves, execute stronger third-shot drives, or deliver powerful overheads, 2025 brings a wave of new paddle technology focused on power and performance. Top brands in the sport have released models designed to provide players with an edge on the court.
Among the notable releases is the Adidas Metalbone LP S, which is explicitly built for players seeking significant power. This paddle features a customizable weighting system, allowing players to fine-tune the paddle for even greater force on their shots. Adidas also offers the Metalbone LP Team, which shares the same EVA foam core as the LP S but is lighter, weighing 8.0 ounces. This lighter weight is designed to facilitate quicker reflex volleys and improve overall manoeuvrability, appealing to pros like Mari Humberg.
JOOLA has introduced new technology in its 2025 models. The JOOLA Perseus Pro IV 16mm incorporates “Tech Flex Power” (TFP) technology, utilising high-density foam to enhance flex, forgiveness, and feel. This technology has already shown positive results for both professional and amateur players. Another JOOLA paddle featuring the same TFP technology is the JOOLA Agassi Pro. Named after tennis legend Andre Agassi, this paddle has a unique shape designed to shift the sweet spot towards the top 20% of the paddle face. This specific shaping is intended to benefit players who rely on strong groundstrokes and overheads. Additionally, the Agassi Pro boasts a 5.5-inch handle, making it easier for players to execute two-handed backhands.
